About the Artwork
There are moments that seem to exist outside of time.
Neither an arrival nor a departure, they invite us to pause, if only for an instant. They often pass unnoticed, yet they leave behind a feeling that is difficult to describe.
Between Stillness and Departure explores this fragile space between movement and stillness. It inhabits the fragile space between movement and stillness, where anticipation and calm quietly coexist.
Through this work, I invite the viewer to slow down and experience the image without searching for answers. Like a memory, its meaning may change over time, shaped by each person’s own experiences.
Artist’s Note
Photography has become my way of preserving moments that would otherwise disappear.
I am drawn to quiet places, fleeting encounters, and the emotions that remain long after a moment has passed. My works are not intended to document reality, but to create space for contemplation and personal interpretation.
